Mario arrived in Lanzarote in 1995 with nothing but his grandfather's recipe book and a dream. Today, Da Mario is the island's most beloved Italian restaurant — but the dough is still made the same way, every morning, by hand.
Our pizza is certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. The tomatoes come from San Marzano. The mozzarella from Campania. Everything else from the local market.
